• Size exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

• Customers must return items in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original packaging and cover the return shipping cost.

• If the requested size is unavailable, customers may choose a refund or store credit.

1.6 Refunds

• Please allow up to 21 working days for us to receive and process returned goods.

• The refund will be issued to either Store Credit or the original payment method, based on your preference.

• If you choose Store Credit, it will be issued within 24 hours and can be used immediately or withdrawn to your original payment account.

• If you choose a refund to your original payment method, it will be processed within 21 days.

1.7 Store Credit

• Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• It can be used on any item in the store, including sale items.
