To reduce waste and promote sustainability, our activewear products do not come with tags. Instead, you can find product information and care instructions on our website.

We ship orders using Australia Post and Please Courier, depending on your location.
We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

International Standard Shipping : 5-10 business days
International Express Shipping : 3-7 business days

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to track your delivery on the respective carrier's website.
One shipped, delivery is managed by the courier. if your package is delayed or missing, please check with the carrier first. If you need further assistance, contact us at mcluxescustomercare@gmail.com
Return & exchanges
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty or the requested size for exchange is out of stock.
📌 Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate apparel, including select Micisty products, are strictly non-returnable.
Email mcluxescustomercare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and the new size you need.
Send the item back in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
You cover return shipping; we cover the shipping cost for the exchanged size (Australia only)
If the size you requested for an exchange is out of stock, you can:
✔ Opt for store credit to use on your next purchase.
✔ Request a refund (only if no suitable size is available).
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will provide a refund or replacement for defective or incorrect items.
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
