At MCLUXES, we strive to provide high-quality products at affordable prices. Due to our clearance sale, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for different styles. However, we allow size exchanges for the same product and colour, subject to availability.
🛑 Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:
✔ An item is faulty
✔ Your requested size for exchange is unavailable
NOTE: Lingerie and intimate apparel, including select Micisty products, are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
📌 Return & Exchange Overview
✅ All sales are final – no refunds or style exchanges.
✅ Size exchanges are allowed for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.
✅ Size exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
✅ Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains, odors, and damage, and in their original packaging.
✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. MCLUXES will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged size (Australia only).
✅ If the requested size is out of stock, you can choose between a refund or store credit.
📌 How to Request a Size Exchange
1️⃣ Email mcluxescustomercare@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2️⃣ Include your order number and the new size you wish to exchange for.
3️⃣ Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, odors, and in its original packaging.
4️⃣ Ship the item using tracked shipping to:

5️⃣ Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 5 business days.
6️⃣ If the requested size is out of stock, you can choose between a refund or store credit.
📌 Store Credit Conditions
Store Credit Policy:
✔ Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
✔ It can be used on any item in the store, including sale items.
✔ If you wish to withdraw store credit to your original payment method, please contact mcluxescustomercare@gmail.com
📌 Items Not Eligible for Exchange
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Briefs, thongs, and underwear
• Bra sets
• Lingerie
• Shapewear & bodysuits
• Stockings & hosiery
• Accessories (including silicone bras)
📌 Refund Policy (Only for Out-of-Stock Sizes)
If you request a size exchange and the required size is out of stock, we offer two options:
1. Full refund to your original payment method
2. Store credit, which can be used on future purchases
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving your returned item.
📌 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact mcluxescustomercare@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
✔ Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
✔ Faulty items will be replaced or refunded if approved by our team.
✔ Do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
📌 Important Notes
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please contact us before sending any items back.
• Each order is eligible for one size exchange only. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
