GENERAL

No, if you do not want to set up an account with us we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you need is your contact and shipping information.

As a member you’ll pretty much have the run of the place. You’ll not only receive 10% off everything, but you can also:

  • Get rewarded for your loyalty
  • You have access to special offers
  • Choose your own password to login
  • Change your account detail
  • Create a wish-list
  • See the order statues
  • View your order history
  • Store any extra shipping addresses
  • Save all your detail for quicker and easier checkout
  • Access our online returns page (to simplify the returns process for online purchases)

We try to only advertise products available on site at that time, however sometimes this isn’t always possible.

If there is something you see in our Instagram or Facebook page isn’t in stock yet please keep your eyes on our website.

Product sizing varies between different brand and styles. The size infomation can be found toward the bottom of each product detail page was shown in the image below. unless otherwise specified sizing is in inches and is taken with the item lying flat.

Simply tap “Get an alert” under the item in your saved items list and if the item comes back into stock we will let you know.

As we like to offer your new styles regularly, we’re not able to let you know when you will receive a stock notification.
If you’ve received a back in stock notification, you’ll need to be quick as some item will be sold out quick, and we cannot guarantee how long it will be back in stock for.
If the item sold out again before you’ve purchased it, you will need to sign up to be notified again.

PAYING BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select ‘Credit card’.

You can use major credit and debit cards.

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX

Debit Cards: Visa Debit.

PAYING BY PAYPAL

Go through the secure checkout as normal and select ‘PayPal’.

You will be taken to the PayPal site to log into your account and set up the payment.

You will be automatically returned to the Bluebella site to confirm the payment total and place the order.

Your PayPal account will show a charge to Bluebella. It is not possible for us to change this name on the PayPal system.

PAYING BY APPLE

This payment method is only available when you purchase from your mobile device. You will need to have already set up an Apple Pay or Google Pay account.

Go through the secure checkout as normal and – in the express checkout section – select either Apple Pay or Google Pay.

You will then be asked to log into your Apple Pay account – follow the instructions to authorize the payment.

ORDERING

No, there is no minimum order value, but free shipping available when you spend over $100

Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation sent to your email you provided at checkout, which will contain your order number. this information could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox

You will receive second email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

 

Ensuring a quick delivery to you is very important to us. Due to this fast processing, you are unfortunately unable to cancel your order.

Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return Policy.

Local orders are sent using Australia Post and tracking number will be provided to you via email. And then you can be tracked directly with Australia Post HERE

International orders are sent via Australia Post couriers. Tracking numbers will also be provided via email.

Please check your junk inboxes, sometimes order confirmation emails can be redirected into junk inboxes. If you don’t receive the order confirmation email in either inbox, you can email us and our customer team will be able to confirm your order.

Once you’ve reached the Checkout stage, enter your promo code into the ‘Discount Code’ box, enter the correct code and click ‘Continue’. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied. Return to the basket to complete your order or continue shopping!

Please note, You can only use one code per purchase. Some codes are valid for a limited time only and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer. If your promotion code does not work, please check whether it has already been used or has expired.

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts code to order that have been completed. But you may be able to use your code on your next order (subject to terms)

In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong item, please contact our customer service team via email or  Contact us page within 14 days of receipt and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.

We are sorry to hear that you’ve received an item which you believe to be faulty, First, please EMAIL our customer service team with clear pictures and a detailed description,  as well as your order number.

Then click HERE to download return form, fill up every detail.

We will be more than happy to refund the cost of return and arrange a replacement or refund if the item is found to be defective.

Please note that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault may not get refunded.

A backorder is a product that is not currently in stock but that are expected to be available soon.

Backorders usually take 4-8 weeks  (depends on the number of demand).  We will ship out once the restock arrive our warehouse centre.

Backordered products are charged when placing your order. If you cancel a backordered item, you will receive a refund back to your original form of payment.

The promotional code must be entered in the “coupon code” box at the cart stage of your checkout, then click “apply”. After that, it will be visible in your updated cart total.

Please note – only one code can be entered per transaction.

 STORE CREDIT

The Digital Gift Card will be sent to the email address you specify from 1 hour of placing your order, and will not be delivered physically to the specified “shipping address”. If you haven’t received your gift card after 1 hour, please check your junk/spam email folder. Contact our Customer Care team via Live Chat on mcluxes.com.au with your order number if you need further assistance.

All gift card / store credit are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Please allow up to 21 working days for us to receive and process returned goods.

You can check the progress of your item at the relevant courier website by clicking on the tracking link sent to you via email once your item has been dispatched.

We use Australia Post Couriers for all local addresses and all international addresses including New Zealand.

Any customs, import duties and associated fees are responsibility of the customer and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Mcluxes cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, and in this case, we cannot accept a return of the order. If you choose to refuse to pay these charges, your parcel may be abandoned, and Mcluxes will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.

Our shipping & delivery page will tell you if you will be eligible to pay customs & duties. Simply select your country of delivery from the dropdown.

Yes, Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email to you.

To track your parcel, simply click  HERE and enter your tracking number.

Mcluxes does not offer free returns. For faulty or damaged products please include a copy of your postage receipt. Once the product is deemed faulty after review, we will credit the cost of postage back to you. Mcluxes does not take any responsibility for returns lost win transit so please use a trackable postage service.
